Rob has an uncanny knack at capturing skin tones, movement and fabric in a way that is virtually unmatched. For me this realism at its best, when it comes to figures settings and creating a mood his talent is unmatched. Robs aim is to capture the naivety of his subjects, something that comes through each and every painting. Artist's Statement
I aim to capture the character and soul of the sitter and to freeze that moment forever.
Statement
The artist requires one visit to the sitter to take photographs and discuss their portrait. The photographs are then forwarded for client approval .The painting will usually take four to six weeks. The artist can also arrange framing if required.
