The Art of Picture Framing A Picture frame will either transform or destroy a painting. It is important that you choose the right frame. What you are aiming to do is to make sure that the frame compliments your portrait. We can offer advice on selecting the right frame, we will also arrange to have the frame made and fitted to your portrait. Our expert advice will enable you to end up with the most complimentary frame for your portrait. We work with a number of master-frame makers who work in the traditional techniques; all the frames are hand made, gessoed and gilded. The frame maker will have available a wide selection of their hand made mouldings which you can choose from. With any of these options we can help you go through the list of our artists and help you arrive at the most appropriate artist of your choice. There are many benefits; in particular we can see the interior of your home and give more specific advice on the type of portrait that would best suit your requirements with a better knowledge of your own personal lifestyle.We are willing to come to your home free of charge for those of you who live within and close to, the M25 radius.
